How many homes sold during 2008 in Deltona? According to information provided by the MLS, 916 homes sold last year.

Of the 916 homes reported as selling 21 were listed as condos.

Home sold prices ranged from $30,000 to just over $630,000. 231 homes sold for $100,000 or less.
