There are plenty of 4 bedroom homes for sale in Deltona

Sometimes a 3 bedroom home just isn’t enough.  The holiday times are when families find out that they need just a little more space.  Could you use an extra bedroom?

 

I searched for 4 bedroom homes in Deltona and found that as of today there are over 200 homes listed for sale.  Prices range from $40,000 to over $900,000!  Many of these homes were built in 2000 or newer.

 

With the first time and long time home buyer tax credit available to Deltona home buyers now is a great time to buy a 4 bedroom home.
